Manage and grow the
channel partner network
- distributors, dealers, and retailers
Achieve
monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
for the fans segment
Monitor competitor activities and build territory-specific strategies
Implement and track
promotional schemes, merchandising, and visibility plans
Strengthen brand presence in the retail market through regular market visits
Forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure timely order fulfillment
Train and motivate field sales teams and retail partners
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and service teams for smooth operations
Candidate Profile
Minimum
8 years of experience
in sales - must have handled
Fans segment for min 3+ years
Strong understanding of
Kolkata and Eastern regional markets
Proven ability to manage large dealer/distributor networks
