Job Description

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing sales team. You will drive the sales strategy, oversee performance, and play a crucial role in achieving our company's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and Develop a Team:

Recruit, train, and coach a team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.

Drive Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive platform adoption and consistently meet and exceed team sales targets.

Manage Performance:

Oversee the team's sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and manage performance against key sales metrics and KPIs.

Lead from the Front:

Support your team by actively participating in strategic client meetings and assisting with high-stakes negotiations.

Process Improvement:

Refine and optimize the sales process to increase efficiency and improve conversion rates.

What You Bring:



A minimum of

5+ years of experience in B2B sales

, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. At least

2+ years of proven experience in a sales management

or team leadership role. A strong track record of leading a team to achieve and exceed sales quotas.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills

with a passion for developing talent. Expert proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting. A strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
