Responsibilities :

? Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.

? Generate performance reports to track trends and identify growth opportunities.

? Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and potential partnerships.

? Drive local campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.

? Provide ongoing training to branch managers to enhance sales and operational skills.

? Foster a customer-focused, high-performance culture across teams.

? Review and address underperformance with actionable improvement plans.

? Act as a liaison between store managers and senior management.

? Conduct regular meetings to align store managers with company goals.

? Ensure consistent operational standards in customer service, inventory, and showroom

presentation.

? Resolve operational issues efficiently with branch managers.

? Stay updated on EV regulations and communicate changes to the team.

? Manage optimal inventory levels to meet demand and prevent overstocking.

? Coordinate with procurement teams to address supply chain challenges.

? Oversee the introduction of new EV models, accessories, and services.

? Train teams on new product features and benefits.

? Lead initiatives for customer loyalty and referral programs.

? Collaborate with marketing on territory-wide promotions and events.

? Localize campaigns with branch managers for maximum impact.

? Predict sales trends and prepare for future market demands.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 4 years of experience in handling field sales teams, B2C and B2B sales, and operations. Proven track record in dealer acquisition and management. Strong network of dealers and distributors in the assigned geography. Preferably from startups, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel 10+ days per month across cities and rural markets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet aggressive sales targets. Proficiency in the local language is essential.
