Territory Sales Manager

Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Forecast sales performance and set realistic goals for the team. Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual targets. Identify new business opportunities to expand market share. Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives/representatives. Assign sales targets and monitor team performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively. Oversee lead generation activities and ensure effective follow-up. Improve lead-to-customer conversion rates. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Provide insights for pricing, positioning, and product development. Track KPIs like revenue, pipeline, and conversion ratios. Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales performance reports to management. Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns. Coordinate with operations and finance to ensure smooth client onboarding and payments. Lead client negotiations for pricing, contracts, and terms. Ensure profitable deal closures in alignment with company policies. Implement CRM tools and sales automation systems for efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
