Role Overview:



We are looking for a high-performing

Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

to lead and grow our market share across

Northern Kerala

. This person will drive

sales generation

,

retail expansion

, and

distributor/channel management

by onboarding new outlets, supporting the field team, and ensuring target achievement.

The TSM will work closely with the internal sales team and distributors, while also coordinating with the central office in HiLITE Business Park and visiting production units for periodic reviews.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Generation & Market Expansion

Drive product sales by onboarding new

retailers, dealers, and stockists

across the assigned districts Identify high-potential areas for market entry and expansion Ensure monthly sales and outlet coverage targets are achieved Plan and execute retail activations in collaboration with the marketing team
Distributor & Field Team Management

Manage distributor relationships: performance, stock movement, and issue resolution Oversee and support the field sales team in day-to-day retail onboarding and order-taking Conduct joint field visits, review performance, and guide team members Maintain alignment between central strategy and field execution
Reporting & Coordination

Monitor daily sales reports, collections, and coverage Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and feedback sharing Travel between production units and the head office for meetings, updates, and coordination Serve as a key regional point of contact for sales, marketing, and supply chain teams

Requirements:



2 to 5 years

of field sales experience in the

FMCG industry

Strong experience in

dealer/distributor onboarding and retail sales development

Proficiency in handling local markets in North Kerala (Malappuram to Kasaragod) Good coordination and communication skills to manage people and processes

Must have valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving licenses

Comfortable with frequent

field travel and inter-district mobility

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
