Job Description

:
Purpose of the role:

  • The role holder would be in charge of the existing relationship driving business in CA,SA and TD (Both RTD and BTD), cross sell digital products, provide structured solutions and more importantly engage with the clients on all service issues with the support of Branch.
  • Also he should be having complete knowledge on compliance, process and also latest happenings in this segment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To Achieve Self sourcing of NTB as per the SOP given.
  • Mobilize RTD & BTD, Growth in existing book, Cross sell 2 Digital products per month.
  • To target at least three to five High value clients with structured products.
  • Ensure that all documentation are taken in the clients presence only and also do CPV wherever high risk clients are booked.
  • Ensure credibility in the market and also with clients in what has been promised and delivered.
  • Set and achieve high performance targets for Current Accounts & Saving Accounts (CASA) both in terms of nos. and also in terms of value through synergy with branches and sales. Also with other verticals wherever opportunity lies.
  • Set and achieve high performance targets for high value customers like government departments, societies, trusts, salary accounts, etc. Provide high quality service to existing & new customers who walk-in to the Branch through Branch Operations Manager and team of Customer Service Officers.
  • Actively generate & pass-on leads for cross-selling of all the Banking and TPP products.
  • Ensure 100% compliance to Policies & Processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
