The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and service delivery across the assigned territory for
Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services
. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, increasing market share, and ensuring revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Achieve assigned sales targets for Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line services
Identify and acquire new customers (hunting) within the assigned territory
Upsell and cross-sell multiple product lines to existing and new customers
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with defined maturity levels
Client & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
Act as the single point of contact for customers across all product lines
Negotiate and close sales orders/contracts to maximize revenue
Territory & Market Management
Ensure Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) growth
Track competitor offerings, pricing, and sales strategies
Collect market intelligence and suggest sales interventions based on customer segments
Execution & Delivery
Ensure timely installation and activation of services as per customer requirements
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
Ensure alignment with company goals and sales objectives
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 1-3 years in
B2B Sales / Telecom Sales / Enterprise Sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Immediate joiners preferred
