2-3 years of diagnostic sales experience in the specified area (mandatory)
3-4 years total experience in healthcare/pharma sales
Role Objective
To achieve business targets through effective sales, lead generation, and customer retention in the assigned territory. The incumbent will build strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare partners to promote diagnostic services and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Conduct regular visits to key doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote diagnostic services.
Identify and convert new business opportunities while retaining existing clients.
Execute brand promotion activities and marketing campaigns as directed.
Monitor and ensure timely collections from clients and partners.
Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit logs, and lead conversion details.
Share periodic market insights, competitor activities, and new trends.
Prepare and update the
Master Sales List (MSL)
on a quarterly basis.
Follow company guidelines and best practices for field sales operations.
Required Skills & Attributes
Proven track record in diagnostic/pharma sales in Mumbai region (especially Kandivali-Goregaon & Navi Mumbai).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Good knowledge of healthcare/diagnostic market dynamics.
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or any relevant field. MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
