Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and expanding B2B sales operations across Maharashtra. The role involves strategic territory planning, client acquisition, and relationship management to achieve regional sales targets. Frequent travel across the state is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives across Maharashtra.
Lead and mentor a team of Territory Sales Executives to ensure performance and productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key industrial clients.
Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle -- from lead generation to closure.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure timely reporting and accurate sales forecasting.
Coordinate with internal departments for logistics, pricing, and after-sales support.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Requirements:
6-7 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales (manufacturing, engineering, or chemical sectors preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
