Job Description

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - D2C / Field Sales

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end D2C field sales for assigned territory to achieve aggressive revenue & acquisition targets
Lead on-ground customer acquisition through residential/retail/experience-center based outreach
Manage & motivate a team of field sales executives/promoters to deliver daily/weekly targets
Plan & execute territory-level sales strategies, activations, tie-ups & local marketing initiatives
Track daily funnel metrics -- leads, demos, closures, conversions -- and optimize for performance
Build deep market intelligence: competition, consumer insights, hyperlocal opportunities
Ensure high-quality customer experience, zero drop-offs & post-sales follow-up
Coordinate with central growth, ops, and marketing teams for process and performance improvements

Requirements:
3-6 years of strong field sales / D2C
Proven track record of handling high-volume individual or team sales targets
Strong team management & territory execution skills
Excellent communication, negotiation & on-ground hustler mindset
Comfortable with data-driven reporting, daily tracking & high-urgency environment

Mumbai market exposure mandatory



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
