Hiring for a Territory Sales Manager - Poultry Feed Additives, based in Pune
Key responsibilities
Developing and implementing regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
Supervising, coaching, and motivating a team of sales executives.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Tracking sales performance and preparing reports.
Required qualifications
Experience in poultry nutrition, feed additives, or the animal feed industry is often required.
A minimum of 2-3years of experience in regional sales is frequently requested.
A Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement, with a Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Animal Science sometimes preferred.
In-depth knowledge of feed additives and the poultry market is essential.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are necessary.
