Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by ASM.
Manage dealer/distributor network; ensure stock availability and secondary sales.
Develop new business opportunities in solar, inverter, and MPPT Charge controllers.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, product demos, and promotional activities.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and regular sales reports to ASM.
Support customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Ensure on-time payment collection and compliance with company policies.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent knowledge of
Solar / Power Electronics market in Kerala
.
Relationship-building and dealer/channel management ability.
Self-motivated with ability to execute under ASM's guidance.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
