Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Territory Sales Manager

to lead sales operations for our legal publishing products in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the legal or publishing industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets through field sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies to drive revenue growth for legal publishing solutions. Identify and engage key clients including law firms, legal professionals, academic institutions, and corporate legal departments. Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product presentations. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align client needs with solutions offered.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in legal publishing, content solutions, or educational services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the legal industry or legal content market is a plus. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a field sales environment. Willingness to travel across Mumbai and nearby regions as part of the role. Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
