We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing existing customers and acquiring new clients in the industrial chemical segment. This role requires a strategic mindset to develop new business opportunities, ensure CRM compliance, and undertake extensive travel to designated areas for 15-20 days per month.
Requirements
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
Experience in industrial sales (preferably industrial products).
Proficiency in CRM software and lead management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to analyze market trends and competition.
Willingness to travel extensively (10-15 days per month).
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in (Mechanical/ Chemical) . Government college pass out are preferred.
