Job Description

We are looking for a

Field Sales Manager

to lead client acquisition for our

waste management services in Kochi

. The role involves meeting offices, corporate parks, institutions, and commercial establishments to

onboard them for regular office waste collection and disposal solutions

.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and meet

decision-makers in offices and commercial establishments

(Admin / Facility / Procurement Heads). Pitch waste collection & recycling services and

negotiate contracts

. Build and manage a

pipeline of potential clients

and ensure regular follow-ups.

Achieve monthly onboarding targets

and maintain strong relationships for renewals. Coordinate with the

operations team for smooth service execution

. Track sales metrics and provide

weekly performance reports

.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of B2B/field sales experience

(Facility services / FMCG / Industrial sales preferred). Excellent communication skills in

Malayalam & English

(Hindi is an added advantage). Strong negotiation skills and ability to

close corporate deals

. Willingness to travel within Kochi. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
