Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing retail and distribution channels, ensuring brand visibility, and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships within the assigned territory. The role involves strategic planning, field execution, and team coordination to achieve business targets and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Target Achievement



Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. Develop and execute territory sales plans in line with company objectives. Identify opportunities for revenue growth through new customers, stores, and channels. Track sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to management.

2. Channel & Retail Management



Manage existing retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts in the region. Ensure adequate stock availability, merchandising, and display standards at all outlets. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and retail execution. Support new store openings, branding initiatives, and promotional campaigns.

3. Team Management & Training



Lead and motivate the team of sales executives / promoters to deliver sales goals. Conduct training sessions for store staff and promoters on product knowledge and selling techniques. Review team performance and provide timely feedback and coaching.

4. Business Development



Identify and onboard potential new retail partners, franchisees, and institutional clients. Build strong relationships with trade partners, channel heads, and key customers. Negotiate commercial terms and ensure smooth business transactions.

5. Operations & Reporting



Monitor sales, stock, and outstanding payments for all accounts. Ensure adherence to company policies, systems, and processes. Submit accurate MIS, sales reports, and competitor analysis regularly.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
