- Territory Sales Manager - for Trauma & Spine for Chennai, Bangalore and Gujarat location.

Division & Product Segment: Orthopedics Implants

Leed end-to-end sales, marketing, and business development operations across multi-state territories (for Bangalore, Chennai and Gujarat locations).

Experience in assisting surgeries across Trauma, Spine, Joints, Antibiotic Implants.

Plan monthly, weekly & daily tour program & submit to the General Manager - Sales & Marketing.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and explain the product advantage/benefits, USP to doctors, surgeons, distributors and generate sales.

Listen and understand doctors, surgeons, distributors problems and provide them solutions.

Timely address & escalate problems queries to GM and convey solutions to doctors and surgeons.

Responsible for the achievement of sales and operational targets as decided.

Maintaining excellent rapport with the existing distributor and surgeons.

Timely submission of the daily report, expense statement and update ongoing progress status report.

Perform Distributor management inventories, order deliveries and payment follow-ups.

Strong coordination & closely follow up at all levels for any open queries and problem.

Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for Primary, secondary and instruments in the given area.

Smooth functioning of channel (stockiest) by ensuring optimum stock for primary, secondary & instruments.

Follow up for payment recovery on time and zero outstanding with the distributors.

Experience of Team handling role, generating leads and achieving sales target.

Good English communication both verbal and written.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences or a related field is typically required.

4+ years of experience in orthopedic or medical device sales.

Proven ability to drive sales performance and lead a high-performing team.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
