We are seeking experienced and result-driven Territory Sales Managers to lead sales operations, strengthen channel partnerships, and expand market share within the assigned territory. The role demands strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with MS Excel, and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales performance across the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners.
Analyze sales data, prepare MIS reports, and track performance using MS Excel.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure effective implementation of company sales policies and strategies.
Conduct regular market visits to improve visibility and sales coverage.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or Consumer Electronics.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end territory operations.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
