Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Generate and manage leads for oil filtration machines, hydraulic equipment, and AMC/ARC contracts.
Identify, target, and acquire new customers in industrial sectors (steel, power, engineering, manufacturing).
Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term business relationships with OEMs, end-users, and service partners.
Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and solution-based discussions with clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective post-sales support and coordination with the service team.
AMC/ARC & Service Sales
Promote and finalize Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Annual Rate Contracts (ARC).
Monitor contract execution and ensure timely renewal and customer retention.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews for management.
Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, prospects, and ongoing deals.

Salary: ₹25,000 - ?40,000 per month (depending on experience and expertise).
