Primary Role
To develop the insurance business in the assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.
Strategic planning for business development of insurance products in coordination with the Sales
head of the region.
Training of the sales team and advisors on Products, Processes, and Policies as defined by Head office.
Relationship building with insurance companies and lionizing for activity management.
Review of the Sales team on insurance product Sales.
Activity Planning, Execution, and overall management.
Secondary Role
Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.
Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentations for bringing new advisors into the business.
