Role Summary
We are seeking an
experienced and dynamic Territory Sales Manager
with a proven track record in selling
healthcare imaging systems and integrated healthcare solutions
. The role requires strong exposure to sales of
CT, MRI, and Cathlab systems
, along with the ability to sell
service-led offerings
including
spares, accessories, consumables, AMCs, and CMCs
.
The ideal candidate will possess
deep technical understanding of imaging systems
, hands-on knowledge of service and lifecycle solutions, and working familiarity with OEM products like
GE Healthcare
,
Philips Healthcare
,
Siemens etc.
. This role demands commercial ownership, solution-selling capability, and the ability to translate technical expertise into long-term customer value.
Responsibilities:
Territory & Revenue Ownership
Own end-to-end sales responsibility for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Drive revenue across
CT, MRI, Cathlab, refurbished systems
, accessories, and service contracts.
Capital Equipment & Solution Sales
Lead sales of imaging and critical-care equipment, managing long sales cycles and complex deal structures.
Position refurbished and solution-led offerings with a strong focus on lifecycle value, uptime, and reliability.
Business Development
Identify and develop new opportunities across hospitals, diagnostic centers, and institutional healthcare customers.
Expand existing accounts through cross-selling of equipment, accessories, and services.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, radiologists, biomedical heads, and procurement teams.
Act as the primary commercial interface for key accounts.
Service Contract Management
Manage AMC and CMC portfolios, including renewals, upgrades, and negotiations.
Leverage service engagement to drive long-term account growth.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers to achieve territory and individual targets.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with service, application, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Planning, Reporting & Compliance
Prepare accurate forecasts, territory plans, and performance reports.
Ensure timely collections and adherence to company policies.
Market Intelligence
: Track competitor activities and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Compliance & Collections
: Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to company policies.
Experience Required:
8+ years of experience
in healthcare imaging or capital medical equipment sales.
Proven experience selling
CT, MRI, Cathlab, or equivalent healthcare technology solutions
.
Strong understanding of hospital procurement, tenders, and institutional sales.
Experience managing
AMC and CMC contracts
.
Proven success managing large territories;
experience in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana preferred
.
