Job Description

Location: Faridabad (with regular travel across assigned territory)

Territory Coverage: Faridabad, Palwal, Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Manesar, Gurgaon, Bhiwadi ( Multiple Positions as per Territories Mentioned )

Experience: 2-10 years (Switchgear / Electrical Industry, Siemens preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and business development across the assigned territory. Visit customers in the field Monday to Friday (client meetings, site visits, business development). Attend Saturday office review meetings to present updates, pipeline, and forecasts. Identify and develop new customer opportunities with OEMs, panel builders, and end-users. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat and long-term business. Ensure enquiry conversions by coordinating with backend sales for quotations and follow-ups. Conduct competitor and market analysis to drive effective sales strategy. Prepare MIS reports, territory performance reports, and forecasts for management. Promote Siemens and other associated products effectively.
Requirements

Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle (frequent field travel required). Strong sales background in switchgear / electrical products (Siemens preferred). Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. Techno-commercial understanding of customer needs and solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Qualifications

B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (preferred) OR Graduate with proven sales track record in the switchgear industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
