Role Overview:The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and distribution growth, expanding the super distributors, distributors and retailers network, and ensuring strong market presence for aqua and water-related products within the assigned territory in alignment with the reporting sales team.1. Sales & Revenue Growth-- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Develop territory-wise sales plans and execute them effectively.- Identify new markets, segments, and customer opportunities.2. Channel & Dealer Management-- Appoint, manage and motivate super distributors, distributors and retailers.- Maintain healthy relationships with channel partners.- Ensure proper stock availability and market coverage.3. Market Development-- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.- Implement pricing, promotional schemes, and marketing strategies.- Organize dealer meets, product launches, and promotional campaigns.- Ability to appoint new super stockists, distributors and can handle key accounts.4. Customer Management-- Handle key accounts and resolve escalations related to sales and service.- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.- Coordinate with the sales team for after sales service in their assigned territory.- Ensure hygiene, availability, FIFO of stock in coordination with custodian of stocks (super distributor, distributor and retailers).5. Reporting & Coordination-- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.- Handled the Frontline sales Team.- Track secondary sales, collections, and outstanding payments.- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) and reporting sales team for smooth operations.- Track and reporting of required and related MIS reports.- Training and development of reporting sales team.6.
