Territory Sales Manager

to oversee and manage our sales operations from

Trivandrum to Kochi

. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales executives, drive business growth, and ensure strong market presence in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor sales executives within the territory Develop and implement effective sales strategies Travel regularly across Trivandrum to Kochi to monitor performance and build client relationships Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Prepare reports and provide market feedback to management

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and team management Excellent leadership and communication skills Willingness to travel extensively within the territory Female candidates preferred
