Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Territory Manager to lead our institutional outreach and partnerships with colleges/universities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for education, a proven track record in institutional collaborations, and exceptional negotiation skills to drive our brand visibility and market penetration through effective BTL (Below the Line) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, and schools.
Appoint and manage campus ambassadors to increase brand presence.
Maintain strong follow-ups with decision-makers (placement cells, directors, principals).
Ensure weekly/monthly reporting
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred: Experience working with placement cells, training & development teams. And knowledge of the regional education ecosystem.
