The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for diagnostic products and services within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, labs, and channel partners while achieving revenue and collection targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory for diagnostic tests and services
Identify new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, labs, and referring doctors
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and collection targets
Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and negotiations
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and reporting teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and territory performance updates
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
Qualifications
Graduate in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage
Experience
3-7 years of field sales experience in diagnostics, pathology labs, medical devices, or healthcare services
Strong understanding of the local medical and diagnostic market
