As a Territory Sales Manager, you drive sales performance and grow market share in your assigned territory for Goodyear India's Consumer Replacement business. You take charge of dealer relationships, execute strategic sales initiatives, and ensure everything you do aligns with Goodyear's objectives and processes.
Key Responsibility Areas
You take full ownership of sales targets and drive market share growth in your assigned territory.
You build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
You generate demand through impactful dealer engagement, promotional campaigns, and consumer-focused initiatives.
You monitor competitor activity and market trends, turning insights into smart, actionable strategies.
You ensure Goodyear's sales programs, pricing strategies, and distribution policies are executed flawlessly.
You collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
You track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide clear, strategic recommendations.
Qualification and Experience
You have 3+ years of successful sales experience in FMCG, automotive, or consumer durables--experience in the tire industry is a strong advantage.
You consistently meet or exceed your sales targets and thrive in competitive environments.
You're confident in your negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
You know how to analyze data, spot trends and make smart business decisions.
You're ready to travel extensively across your territory to drive results and build connections.
