The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned territory, achieving sales targets, developing distributor and retailer relationships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Appoint, manage, and coordinate with distributors and retailers
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising
Conduct regular market visits and route planning
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and schemes
Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding recovery
Resolve customer and distributor issues promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience in FMCG field sales
Strong knowledge of general trade / modern trade (as applicable)
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Educational Qualification
Graduate / Diploma/ HSLC pass in any discipline
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in handling distributors and retail networks
Proven track record of achieving sales growth
Local market knowledge of the assigned territory
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (
