Manage end-to-end sales operations within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
Appoint, manage, and support distributors and retailers across the territory.
Expand market reach by adding new outlets and improving product penetration.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising in the market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Monitor sales performance and distributor stock levels regularly.
Ensure timely payment collection and control outstanding dues.
Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
Coordinate with logistics and marketing teams to ensure smooth product supply and execution of promotional activities.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports along with market feedback to management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
2-5 years of experience in FMCG sales (district or territory handling experience preferred).
Hands-on experience in distributor and retailer management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary:
?30,000 per month
Incentives:
Up to ?20,000 per month (performance-based)
