Roles and Responsibilities Managing a Team of 3 to 4 RMs . Must be a good team player . Ensuring team sourcing of working capital proposals from Agri SME segment across Fund/ non Fund based products like Cash Credit, Over Draft, TL, Buyers credit, LC, BG etc. . Work closely with Channel Partners and Retail Liability teams for client Acquisition. . To build relationships with key persons in the target segments & build client trust & confidence. . Focus to continually increase the Book and profitability of the assigned portfolio. . Maintain good client service. . Well networked with DSA Channel . Having good understanding of Financials . Energetic and go getter attitude . Candidate must have worked/ing at Ahmedabad Market . Preferably B.Com with MBA/ CA . Experience: 8 to 15 years of experience in the local market preferably with background in Credit, Sales and financials( Balance sheet) Knowledge is required - .
