We are looking for a dynamic and driven Territory Manager to spearhead business growth and lead a high-performing sales team. The role involves managing end-to-end inside sales operations, driving revenue, achieving P&L targets, and scaling business in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should be strategic, analytical, and hands-on in execution.ShapeRole & Responsibilities :- Lead and manage a team of 35+ members, including Team Leaders/Assistant Managers.- Own and deliver territory sales targets - revenue growth, P&L management, and business expansion.- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize performance and profitability.- Drive performance management by applying and implementing best-in-class sales and service metrics.- Ensure seamless recruitment, training, and performance tracking of the team.- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new market opportunities and accelerate business growth.- Foster a culture of ownership, customer centricity, and high ethical standards.- Monitor and improve sales processes, ensuring operational efficiency.- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalations effectively.Shape : What we're looking for :- 4-9 years of experience in Sales/Inside Sales, with proven expertise in revenue generation and business growth.- Minimum 4 years of experience in managing large sales teams (30+ members).- Strong exposure to P&L management, sales strategy, and process improvements.- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.- Bachelor's Degree is a must; MBA preferred.
