Job Description

Operate, monitor, and control the fractionation and refining processes to ensure smooth and efficient production of refined products, adhering to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Start up, shut down, and adjust equipment as needed to maintain optimal process conditions and product quality.

Monitor instruments, gauges, and meters to gauge process variables, detect abnormalities, and take corrective actions.

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment, including pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and distillation columns, to ensure proper functionality and prevent downtime.

Collect and analyze samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Troubleshoot process issues and equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with fellow operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and resolve any operational challenges.

Participate in safety meetings, hazard assessments, and safety drills, promoting a culture of safety and adhering to environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Maintain accurate records of production data, process parameters, equipment status, and maintenance activities.

Provide training and guidance to junior operators as needed to ensure their professional growth and understanding of plant operations.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
