Key Responsibilities:



Sales Target Achievement:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company. Ensure consistent growth in sales volume and market share.

Market and Territory Management:

Manage an assigned sales territory, covering a range of retail outlets, distributors, and supermarkets. Identify potential new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones. Conduct regular visits to ensure proper product placement, stock availability, and display compliance.

Order Processing & Inventory Management:

Process customer orders and coordinate with distributors or warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery. Monitor inventory levels at client outlets and recommend stock replenishment.

Product Promotion and Merchandising:

Implement promotional strategies (e.g., discounts, offers) as planned by the company's marketing team. Ensure products are displayed attractively and follow brand guidelines at various retail locations. Set up point-of-sale (POS) materials and promotional displays.

Market Intelligence:

Gather and report on competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new product launches. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on customer preferences, market trends, and sales strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers. Resolve client complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and inventory. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager or higher management.

Training and Development:

Educate retailers and staff about new product features, usage, and benefits. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company products and sales techniques.

Skills and Qualifications:



Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Negotiation Skills:

Ability to negotiate with retailers and distributors to achieve the best sales outcomes.

Customer-Centric Approach:

Focus on understanding customer needs and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
