Job Description

The Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned territory for TMT bars and cement products. The role includes developing dealer and retailer networks, handling site visits, coordinating with civil engineers and contractors, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates with a civil engineering background and exposure to TMT or cement products will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle

territory-wise sales

of TMT bars / cement and related construction materials Visit

dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and engineers

regularly Generate new leads and develop

new dealer & contractor network

Achieve

monthly and yearly sales targets

Provide

technical support

to customers regarding product application Conduct

site visits

and coordinate with civil engineers and project managers Promote

brand visibility

through site branding and product awareness activities Collect

market intelligence

, competitor activity, and price trends Maintain daily

sales reports, visit reports, and MIS

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
Qualification

Diploma in

Civil Engineering

Basic knowledge of construction materials is preferred
Preferred Candidate

Local market knowledge is an added advantage Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred Civil Engineering background with

6 months experience

in

TMT / Cement / Building Materials

Salary & Benefits

Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience) Incentives: Performance-based incentives TA/DA and mobile allowance as applicable

Pay: ?16,800.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
