The Territory Sales Incharge

(For Beverage)

will be responsible for driving sales, managing distribution, and ensuring market penetration of FMCG products within the assigned territory. The role involves building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to achieve sales targets and expand brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Drive secondary sales by ensuring product availability and visibility at retail outlets.

Distribution Management

Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors/stockists. Ensure proper inventory planning and timely replenishment.

Market Development

Expand coverage by onboarding new retailers and outlets. Execute trade promotions, schemes, and merchandising activities.

Relationship Building

Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts. Resolve trade issues and ensure smooth operations.

Reporting & Analysis

Track sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends. Provide regular MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile

Education

: H.S/Graduate

Experience

: 2 to 4 years' experience in any Beverage, FMCG or food processing company.

Skills

: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage distributors and retail networks. Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to fieldwork.
Salary:Upto 25,000
