Qualifications/ Requirements:

The candidate must have a B.Tech/Degree/MBA. A minimum of 4 - 10 years of experience in sales. Experience in Automobile two wheeler sales Executive, sales team leader, sales in-charge or related industries is an added advantage. Should have expertise in B2B and B2C sales, handling key accounts, and driving revenue growth. Must have communication and negotiation skills.

Should be able to explain technical solutions clearly, negotiate prices, and build long-term customer relationships.


Essential Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar rooftop, UPS/inverter, lead acid battery and DG Set (15 KVA to 50 KVA) sectors by calling through leads. Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers and distributors. Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to potential customers. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?650,000.00 per year
