Job Description

Job Title: Territory Sales Incharge

Location: Siliguri, West Bengal Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution Management

Drive primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory. Ensure product availability and visibility across retail and wholesale channels. Monitor distributor performance and optimize supply chain efficiency.

Market Development

Identify and onboard new retailers, stockists, and institutional buyers. Expand market share by promoting new product launches and seasonal campaigns. Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.

Customer Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts. Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Conduct regular trade visits and feedback sessions.

Promotions & Merchandising

Implement trade promotions, schemes, and incentives effectively. Ensure proper merchandising and branding at point-of-sale locations..

Reporting & Analysis

Maintain accurate sales records, stock reports, and market intelligence. Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management. Use data to forecast demand and plan inventory.

Qualifications



H.S / Graduation

Experience :

1 - 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food or dairy.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
