Job Description

Job Title: Territory Sales Incharge - Food & Dairy Sector

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation

: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for dairy and food products within the assigned territory. Drive product penetration and market share growth.

Distributor & Retailer Management

: Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors and stockists. Ensure timely order placement, delivery, and payment collection.

Market Development

: Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities. Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.

Promotions & Visibility

: Execute trade promotions, in-store branding, and sampling activities. Ensure product visibility and planogram compliance at retail outlets.

Customer Relationship Management

: Build strong relationships with key retailers, institutional buyers, and channel partners. Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.

Reporting & Analytics

: Maintain daily sales reports, stock movement, and market feedback. Use data to optimize sales strategies and territory performance.
Qualifications & Skills:

HS /Graduation 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in dairy or food products. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
Salary : ₹25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
