Job Description

:As a TSI at Paytm, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing a team of field sales executives, onboarding merchants, and ensuring penetration of Paytm's QR and Soundbox products in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

1) Hire and manage a team of on-roll Field Sales Executives for hard core sales.

2) Achieve monthly merchant onboarding and revenue targets

3) Ensure proper deployment of Paytm QR, Soundbox & card machines

4) Conduct market visits to track and drive team productivity

5)Train and motivate sales team for high performance

6) Maintain data accuracy and reporting through internal tools

7)Build strong relationships with local merchants and partners

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
