Manage and expand business across the southern Kerala region (Trivandrum and Kollam).
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.
Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and channel partners to ensure availability and visibility of products.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.
Implement promotional schemes, product launches, and local marketing activities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit discipline across the network.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute brand visibility and merchandising activities.
Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to enhance product knowledge and performance.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, stock status, and competitor analysis.
Identify new business opportunities and potential market gaps to strengthen territory presence.
