Monitor market trends and competitor activities, using insights to optimize sales strategies and ensure that Boche Tea maintains a competitive edge.
Product Promotion:
Effectively showcase the full range of Boche Tea products to clients, ensuring strong brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively managing and expanding your customer base.
Order Management:
Ensure timely order placement, delivery coordination, and follow-ups for smooth sales operations.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and report on key performance metrics to the management team.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of FMCG sales experience

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a target-driven environment.
Good knowledge of the local market in Trivandrum and surrounding areas.
