- You are fully responsible for the entire sales activities in the areas allotted to you
- All brands / packs are to be distributed in retail outlets. It is necessary to increase distribution across the area..
- \xe2\x80\xa2 You should have the complete knowledge about the main distributors of the territory allotted to you. Day-to-day interaction with Distributors, subsequent feedback to be received continuously. With the result you would be able to extend distribution even in the villages.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 You should maintain at least one visit to the Main Distributor (in allotted area) every month. If necessary, 2/3 visits should be made..
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Problems, if any, to be solved amicably in consultation with immediate superior.
- \xe2\x80\xa2 Reports about increase of distribution / sales to be intimated to the superiors, as per required frequency.
