Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Targets:

Develop & execute sales plans, achieve monthly/quarterly targets, manage regional P&L, and handle key account negotiations (ToT/JBP).

Account Management:

Build strong ties with retail HQ/store managers, ensure stock availability, resolve issues, and monitor claims/payouts.

Sales Execution:

Drive primary (distributor) & secondary (store) sales, manage promotions, new launches, ensure planogram/merchandising compliance, and oversee promoter teams.

Market Analysis:

Track competitor activity, market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to find growth opportunities.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team (Sales Execs, promoters).

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance for smooth operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
