1-Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and disbursement volumes

2-Manage and optimize digital lead funnels generated via website, portals, campaigns, and partner platforms

3-Drive lead-to-login and login-to-disbursement conversion ratios through effective follow-ups and prioritization

4-Address escalations, complex cases, and customer concerns in a timely manner

5-Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends within the territory

6-Track and review daily/weekly MIS, including lead status, conversion, TAT, and disbursements

7-Participate in strategic initiatives for scaling the online domestic EL business


Key Responsibilities:




1- 7 to 10 years overall experience in sales within Education Loans / Retail Lending / NBFC / FinTech



2-Strong exposure to Domestic Education Loans



3-Strong understanding of digital lead funnels, conversion metrics, and online customer journeys



4-Sound knowledge of credit policies, eligibility norms, and documentation for Domestic EL



5-Excellent customer handling and escalation management skills



6-Good communication skills in English and regional languages (added advantage)
