Key Responsibilities:
1. Outlet Operations Management Supervise daily operations of existing outlets in the territory. Ensure proper product availability, stock management, and visual merchandising. Monitor staff performance and customer service standards. Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to avoid any stock-out or overstocking. Conduct regular market visits to assess outlet condition and performance. Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and brand compliance norms. 2. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set for the territory. Monitor outlet-wise sales performance and take corrective actions if needed. Work closely with outlet managers to plan local promotions and increase footfall. Analyze customer feedback and implement necessary improvements.
3. Lead Generation & Business Expansion Identify and approach potential franchise partners or locations for new outlets. Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, community leaders, and business prospects. Conduct market research to evaluate the feasibility of expansion in new localities. Prepare and present reports on new lead status to management. 4. Coordination & Reporting Act as a bridge between head office and outlets in the territory. Share regular performance updates, challenges, and competitor insights. Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotions and campaigns. Submit daily/weekly reports on sales, operations, and lead generation. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership with the ability to manage multiple outlets and teams. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of local market dynamics in Howrah & Midnapore. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Educational Qualification: Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Hospitality or related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, QSR, Bakery, or Retail Operations. Prior experience in territory or area sales roles is preferred.
