Job Description

We are looking out for Retail Sales Executives who has an experience with Pharma/ OTC Brands retailing. The job involves meeting more than 100 retailers in a day and stocking our client's range of products adequately. POB (Personal Order Booking) is the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and KPI determines the incentive earning potential for the candidate. Candidate should be experienced for a minimum period of two to three years with a main focus on retailing. Having rapport and relationships with the existing retailers will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

Any degree
Experience:

2 to 3 years experience in POB and retailing
Skills:

Candidate should have good communication skills both in Bengali and English
Location:

Kolkata (Howrah, Salt Lake, Phool Bagan, Ultadanga, Beliaghata)

The salary package includes basic salary, PF, ESI, Travel allowance and Incentives
