Identify, pursue, and close AMC opportunities for out-of-warranty equipment.
Renew and upsell existing AMC contracts using pre-agreed terms and pricing frameworks.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for AMC conversions.
Client Engagement:
Build relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., General Managers, Technical Heads) at airports, PSUs, and government entities.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure AMC sign-offs.
Contract Management:
Oversee end-to-end contract processes: drafting, approvals, documentation, and compliance.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure timely execution.
Progress Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain a real-time pipeline of AMC opportunities (e.g., 51 pending UPS contracts).
Submit daily/weekly reports on conversions, roadblocks, and client feedback.
Issue Resolution:
Address client concerns (technical, commercial, or procedural) and escalate internally as needed.
Collaborate with service teams to ensure AMC deliverables align with SLAs.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends in the AMC segment.
