Job Purpose
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for developing, managing, and growing key hospital and healthcare client accounts for housekeeping, infection prevention and facility management services. The role involves building long-term relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, and facility heads while ensuring service excellence, contract compliance, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and target potential hospitals and healthcare institutions for housekeeping, infection prevention and facility management services.
Generate leads, prepare proposals, and conduct technical presentations to decision-makers.
Conduct site surveys and prepare customized quotations based on manpower, machinery, and cleaning requirements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close new business deals.
2. Account Management & Relationship Building
Act as the single point of contact for key hospital clients.
Maintain strong professional relationships with hospital management and facility departments.
Conduct regular client review meetings and ensure timely contract renewals.
Expand services such as deep cleaning, pest control, and linen management within existing accounts.
3. Service Coordination & Quality Monitoring
Coordinate with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure proper staffing and service delivery.
Monitor client feedback and maintain service quality standards.
Participate in joint audits and ensure compliance with hospital hygiene standards and regulations.
4. Revenue Growth & Reporting
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned accounts.
Drive additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling services.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate CRM records.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
