Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic
Sales Executive
to join our sales team. The role involves engaging with international clients, understanding their requirements, promoting our graphic and design services, and driving business growth through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Management by way of outbound calls to prospective clients based in the US Region.
Identify decision-makers and key influencers within the client's businesses.
Promote our services and effectively articulate their value propositions.
Qualify leads and acquire business from the allocated Database
Upselling & Cross-selling of all services offered by the organisation to our clients
Must maintain accurate records of interactions & update all activates on the in-house CRM system
Daily Calls & Emails should fulfilled per allocated SOP & KRA should be fulfilled
Must meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets & achieve Monthly sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
1 - 2 years of experience in
sales
,
international calling.
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Willingness to work
night shifts
to align with international client time zones.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the
design, printing, or creative services
industry is an added advantage.
Prior experience interacting with clients in the
US, UK, or European
markets.
