who have solid experience in

Mobile, Telecom, or Retail Sales

. The ideal candidate should have a passion for driving sales performance, delivering excellent customer service, and managing day-to-day store operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve monthly sales targets. Ensure smooth store operations including inventory management, display upkeep, and timely reporting. Provide guidance, training, and support to sales staff to enhance their performance and product knowledge. Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Handle escalations and resolve customer queries efficiently. Track daily/weekly sales performance and support the team in improving conversions. Maintain strong industry knowledge, especially of mobile and telecom products.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum

1 year of hands-on experience

in Retail Sales & Operations (preferably Mobile/Telecom/Retail sector).

Male graduates

with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead a team, drive results, and manage store activities. Strong product knowledge and a customer-centric approach. Must be a

resident of Pathanamthitta

(applications from outside the district will not be considered).

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
